Shipping & Returns


Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across Australia, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

All items are sent with tracking so you can keep an eye on its location. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. 


Refunds and Returns

First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you have likely ordered a product from us, which means we owe you a big "thank you!" nothing make us happier than having a tribe of happy customers, and as such, we promise to do our very best to deliver our coffee bars as quickly as possible so you can experience their fantastic flavour. That being said, here are some things that you may want to know:

  1. You may cancel your order at any time up until its been dispatched.
  2. You may cancel a subscription for our Coffee Pixels bars at any time - there are no minimum timeframes or lock-in contracts.
  3. If your order arrives damaged or is the wrong item, please take a photo of it and the packaging and email us at as soon as you can. We'll organise a replacement to be sent straight away and look at how we can improve the packaging so it doesn't happen again. 
  4. If you want to return your Coffee Pixels order, please email us first so we can provide you with details on how and where to send it. Please note that the item must be in an as-new condition and un-opened.
